Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • The return request must be raised within 3-7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition are not eligible for refund.
  • Certain items (if applicable) may not be eligible for return/refund due to hygiene or usage reasons.

5. Failed or Cancelled Orders

  • If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded automatically within 5-7 business days.
