Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
2. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- The return request must be raised within 3-7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition are not eligible for refund.
- Certain items (if applicable) may not be eligible for return/refund due to hygiene or usage reasons.
5. Failed or Cancelled Orders
- If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded automatically within 5-7 business days.
